Dr Jose P. Rizal Elementary School was established on 1975. A 3.5 hectares formerly known as Dasmarinas Bagong Bayan Elementary School A-1.Located at Brgy. Sto Cristo Dasmarinas City. Composed of 20 Male Teachers and 80 Female Teachers with an Energetic Principal IV Delia P. Cerbito Ll.B. An institution that continuously gives quality education for all.

Sa makabagong panahon ngayong ika-21 na siglo, hindi kailang karamihan sa mga batang nasa murang edad ay tila wala nang hilig sa pagbabasa. Kaya naman, isa sa mga misyon ng Dr. Jose P. Rizal Elementary School ay ang pagbuhay sa interes ng mga mag-aaral at ipakita sa kanila na may Pag-asa sa Pagbasa.

Upang maisakatuparan ang adbokasiya ng DJPRES, tinipon ng punong guro, Gng. Delia Cerbito ang lahat ng mga guro at magulang upang ipaunawa sa kanila ang problemang kinakaharap ng mga estudyante partikular sa komprehesyon nila tuwing sila ay babasa.
Kasabay ng misyon ng Kagawaran ng Edukasyon sa linyang ‘Bawat Bata, Bumabasa’ ay naglalaan din ng oras ang mga guro at magulang sa mga estudyanteng hirap bumasa at sinisikap na sila’y matuto.
May mga letra at salita man na hirap silang basahin, bigkasin, at unawain, patuloy pa rin na maniniwala ang DJPRES na sa mga batang ito ay may pag-asang naghihintay.

Metamorphosed!
This is the word suits to describe the transformation that takes place in Dr. Jose P. Rizal Elementary School (DJPRES). From a typical public elementary school situated in Brgy. Sto. Cristo, City of Dasmarinas, Cavite to a complete changed campus with repaired facilities and enormous changes on its surroundings.
This transformation is made possible through the collaborative efforts pitched in by the entire workforce of DJPRES, both internal and external stakeholders, through the able leadership of its school head, Mrs. Delia P. Cerbito, who envisions the school as a leading elementary campus in terms of physical facilities and academic standing not only in Dasmarinas City, but also within the Region and in the national scene. As a fruitful result, DJPRES was named by the Division as 2nd place 2017 Best Brigada Eskwela Implementer (Mega School Category).
The journey of DJPRES that led to its recognition each year was never a smooth ride. However, guided by the Region IV-A’s Transparent, Ethical and Accountable (TEA) Governance and other related circulars and memoranda, Dr. Jose P. Rizal Elementary School was able to stand out and figure out the right formula in tapping the fullest potential of the school’s workforce and maximizing the assistance reached out by its external stakeholders.
